✍️ How to Use the Text to Handwriting Tool
Welcome! This tool turns any typed text into a realistic handwritten page, ready for download as an image or PDF. Follow the simple steps below.
1. Enter Your Text
Start typing or paste your text into the large text box.
As you type, the word counter below will show how many words you’ve written (up to 5000 words).
2. Choose a Handwriting Font
From the Handwriting Font dropdown, pick a style that matches your taste – for example, Caveat, Indie Flower, or Dancing Script.
The preview on the right will instantly update to show your text in that font.
3. Set the Font Size
Select Small, Medium, or Large from the Font Size menu. The preview adjusts immediately so you can see what looks best.
4. Pick an Ink Colour
Click one of the coloured circles to choose your writing ink: Blue, Black, Red, or Green.
The text colour in the preview will change on the spot.
5. Select the Paper Background
Use the Paper Style dropdown to change the look of the page:
White Paper – clean, plain background
Ruled Paper – like a lined notepad with blue lines
Notebook Style – ruled paper with a red margin on the left
Custom Background – upload your own image (see next step)
🔹 Upload a Custom Background (optional)
If you choose Custom Background from the paper style menu:
Click Choose File and select an image from your device (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP).
Click the Upload button.
Once uploaded, the image becomes the background of your handwritten page.
6. Add a Signature (optional)
Want to sign your handwritten letter?
Under Add Signature, click Choose File and select an image of your signature.
Click Upload Signature.
A small preview of your signature will appear, and it will be placed automatically at the bottom‑right corner of the handwritten page.
7. Adjust Page Margin & Line Spacing
Use the sliders to fine‑tune the layout:
Page Margin – increases or decreases the empty space around the text (10‑60 pixels).
Line Spacing – controls the gap between lines (1.2 to 2.5).
The preview updates as you move the sliders.
8. Generate Handwriting
If you want to see a final polished version with a loading animation, click the Generate Handwriting button.
The tool will apply all your settings and show the result. (The preview also updates automatically as you make changes, so this button is optional.)
9. Copy, Reset, or Download
Once you’re happy with the handwritten page, use the action buttons:
Copy Text – copies your original typed text to the clipboard.
Reset – clears everything and returns all settings to default.
Download PNG – saves the handwritten page as a high‑quality image.
Download PDF – saves the page as a PDF document, perfect for printing.
10. Dark / Light Mode
Click the moon/sun icon (top‑right corner) to switch between dark and light themes.
Your preference is saved, so it will stay the same the next time you visit.
💡 Quick Tips
The preview updates live as you type or change any setting – no need to press “Generate” every time.
For best results with signatures, use a transparent PNG image of your handwritten name.
When downloading, the exact preview you see (including paper style and signature) will be saved.
If your text is long, the tool handles it smoothly, but try to keep it under 5000 words for optimal performance.
Now go ahead and turn your digital notes into beautiful, realistic handwriting! ✨
